5. Can I switch my practice area?
It’s difficult, as most firms require prior experience in the specific practice area. However, exceptional profiles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Should I change my job before receiving bonus or appraisal?
It depends. If the reason is purely monetary, it’s advisable to wait. However, some firms are open to compensating for the bonus loss based on candidate value.

7. How much time does the recruitment process take?
Typically 15 to 30 days, depending on the firm's internal process and candidate availability.

8. How much hike will be given by the firm?
This varies based on several factors—current CTC, performance in interviews, internal parity, and the position's compensation band.
